Parent Orientation
This is the first step to joining our studio. Introduction to Suzuki Philosophy for violin, viola and cello for parents only.
If you would like to learn more about our school and the Suzuki Philosophy come visit our group classes or set up a meet a greet. We are happy to answer your questions!
Two Day Parent Course | Required for all new enrolling Suzuki families
Course Dates: Mon. August 28th (6:30-8:30 PM) & Tue. August 29th (6:30-8:30 PM)
Attendance on both Days Required
For families who enroll past the course dates, the first few lessons will be parent orientation.
Set up your child for musical success through the Suzuki Method. In this interactive class we discuss:
The principles of the Suzuki Philosophy and Method.
The fundamentals of proper instrument set up and care
Connection and input from other parents
Tools to create a nurturing and joyful learning environment at home.
Tips for parents/guardians on how to help their child with practice at home to achieve the greatest success.
Guidance on listening, support of your child, working together with your teacher and more!
No instrument necessary to participate in this class.
Cost: $250 New student enrollment fee. Includes curriculum, Suzuki book and CD, Beyond the Music Lesson book and music tote bag.
